Over the past five years, we have had the pleasure of working very closely with engineering experts that support nuclear power generation throughout Ontario, New Brunswick and much of The United States.

The reality is, in Ontario, we produce substantially all of our energy without burning fossil fuels. This is an incredible long-term vision that has profound implications for our health and the environment. When working with experts, what I have come to recognize is the extraordinary dedication required to support safe and reliable nuclear power generation. While much of the news criticizes the cost of energy, nuclear power represents a safe and environmental alternative that will serve us for decades to come.

In my opinion, there is nothing more important than our ability to produce nuclear power in a safe manner. This has been accomplished for decades because of the dedication that these engineers exhibit each and every day.
