Analyst – Job Analysis & Client Engagement

We’re seeking curious, thoughtful professionals to join us as Analysts.

In this role, you’ll lead virtual sessions with clients to uncover the real nature of various jobs, what people do, the skills they rely on, and what drives success in those roles. You’ll gather both data and stories, then help transform them into practical, people-centered insights.

This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for flexible, remote-first work, whether you’re returning to the workforce, freelancing, or redefining your work-life rhythm.

What You'll Do

Lead virtual job analysis sessions with clients
Gather and organize both quantitative and qualitative data
Draft clear notes, summaries, and insights
Collaborate with senior consultants to develop recommendations
Help refine and improve our client engagement processes

Has experience in HR, consulting, org development, or a related field
Is insightful and excellent at making others feel comfortable in conversation
Has strong communication, note-taking, and analytical skills
Is organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Is comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365

Bonus: Bilingual in English and French, Spanish, or Portuguese
